I made Intuit payor emails clearer
While working at Intuit on the payments team, I noticed we sent out a lot of emails to people taking payments. These numerous emails didn’t clarify which account their payments were going to, who the payments were from, and when their money would be available.
I looked at emails from other companies and developed a new design that I thought clarified all this better. I redesigned the email, made a test plan, tested my email with customers, and presented my findings to leadership.
I tied for second place in that contest.
